Fees

  • 15 minute introductory consultation by telephone: free.​

  • Individuals: £90 for a 50 minute session​.

  • ​Intensive individual session to focus on a specific issue: £120 for a 75 minute session. This may be helpful for clients who are returning to working with me after a break, or who want to spend more time on a specific topic.

The fee you pay contributes to my professional membership, insurance, clinical supervision, and ongoing training. For every hour spent in a therapy session, I dedicate at least another hour to preparation, follow-up, learning, reflection, administration, supervision, and more. My commitment to continuous learning ensures that I can offer well-informed, ethical, and up-to-date therapy to my clients.

payment procedure

I ask for payment 48 hours in advance in order to secure your session. Where there are issues with bank transfers, please let me know and we can talk it through.

I am not able to provide an urgent or emergency response. If you’re in crisis, please contact one of these organisations.
